Palo Santo

What is Palo Santo?
Palo santo is a fragrant wood from the Bursera graveolens tree, native to South America. Traditionally used in spiritual rituals, it’s believed to cleanse energy and ward off negativity. When burned, it emits a sweet, woody aroma that is often used in aromatherapy and meditation practices.
⦁ Directions
⦁ Open windows/Doors.
⦁ Set intentions if desired.
⦁ Light one end of a palo santo stick until it catches fire.
⦁ Let it burn for about 30 seconds, then blow out the flame.
⦁ Wave the smoke around the space or person to cleanse, re-lighting as needed
⦁ Extinguish it in sand or a fireproof dish.
