I love this tea! My husband does too. We buy 6 packs at a time. It really relaxes you and helps you sleep. I have no crazy dreams or nightmares unlike when I used melatonin.

I hate tea. I have always been an iced tea drinker, but never hot tea. This distress tea is amazing! Not only does it help with relaxation; the flavor was subtle which I appreciated since I used it before bedtime. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a little extra help shaking off the stress of the day.

This Tea smelt good as it brewed, and it has a soothing yet fresh flavour. I tend to be a night owl but have to get up earlier than I would like to for work. These teas help get me to sleep earlier than my body would fall asleep naturally and allow me to get a deep sleep all night and wake up rested.

Sometimes after a long day or when I want to unwind at night, a good chamomile/lavender tea will help with that! However, this blend blows any blend I’ve tried out of the water! It’s also nice that there isn’t any valerian in this as I’m partial to its effects! Excellent product!
