- Ingredients
- Lavender, Passionflower, Skullcap, Hops, Catnip, Blue Lotus, Lemon Balm (+ Valerian, if desired)
- Directions
- Add 1 tbsp of tea per 1 cup of hot (or cold) water.
- Steep to desired strength
- Sweeten if you desire.
- If taking the version with Valerian Root, take at night as it is not suggested to operate machinery until you know how this tea affects you.
