- Ingredients
- Lavender, Passionflower, Skullcap, Hops, Catnip, Blue Lotus, Lemon Balm (+ Valerian, if desired)
- Directions
- Add 1 tbsp of tea per 1 cup of hot (or cold) water.
- Steep to desired strength
- Sweeten if you desire.
- If taking the version with Valerian Root, take at night as it is not suggested to operate machinery until you know how this tea affects you.

Sometimes after a long day or when I want to unwind at night, a good chamomile/lavender tea will help with that! However, this blend blows any blend I’ve tried out of the water! It’s also nice that there isn’t any valerian in this as I’m partial to its effects! Excellent product!
